This pump specifically developed for protein skimmers can be fitted in addition to the Master DOC Skimmer 9420 or 9460 which increases the skimming capacity per Hydrofoamer to suit a tank volume of about 2,000 litres (528 USgal.).

TUNZE® Hydrofoamer 9400.04 can also be used as a standard dispersant on every conventional skimmer of this size on the market.

Patented dispergator made of soft plastic with very fine pins which destroy the coarse air bubbles rendering a fine mixture of air bubbles (between 0.1 and 0.3 mm (.0039 and .0119 in.) and water. The flexible pins have the same effect as a soft brush, insensitive to dirt particles and with a variable geometry.
